Unlike many of our competitors, At HSN, we use premium companies for both our medical and dental insurance, something rarely offered in the industry. Our plan includes two customized plans for you to choose from based upon your specific needs. Our plans offer low deductibles, great co-pays, widely accepted prescription coverage, and minimal "total out-of pocket" expense. At HSN we are committed to long term relationships with our traveling nurses, so we choose to offer our employees the best health insurance available.

At HSN, your comfort both in and away from the facility is a top priority. We use "A" rated top quality properties, or should you choose a generous housing stipend. Most of these communities are less than 5 years old, have pools, clubhouses, workout facilities, and are some of the best offered to traveling nurses in the industry. Our accommodations are always FREE to you, and they are always private. We never ask you to share your temporary home with a stranger. Unlike many agencies, you NEVER have to pay to have a private apartment. We always offer fully furnished accommodations and utilities, including power, gas, and water. We value your input to create specifically designed housing packages to best fit each individual need. Should you prefer to provide your own accommodations, HSN will provide you with a generous housing allowance appropriate to the location.

Bonuses
At HSN, we are dedicated to building a long-term relationship and reward you with a loyalty bonus when you start your second consecutive assignment with us. For each consecutive assignment after that, you get a cash bonus every time! We pay this bonus the very first week of your new assignment. The loyalty bonuses are as follows:
$250.00 at the start of your second assignment
$350.00 at the start of you third assignment
$500.00 at the start of your fourth assignment, and every assignment after that!

At HealthCare Staffing Network, We are dedicated to making each and every assignment the best it can be. Our referral program provides you the opportunity to travel with friends and provides you the opportunity to earn an extra cash bonus for introducing your friends, colleagues, and acquaintances to HSN. When a qualified referral completes a minimum 13 week assignment with HSN, you will become eligible for a cash bonus whether you work for HSN or not! Here is how it works:
HSN Referral Bonus Program Rules and Eligibility Requirements:
HSN Referrals can be submitted using the following methods. Always make sure that we have both your and the referral(s) contact information. You may submit as many referrals as you desire.
- Use the online referral form which can be filled out by you or the referral(s) on our website: www.hsntraveler.com
- Use the HSN Referral Coupon – you can hand these out to your friends and colleagues and have your referral call us directly or simply fill out the coupon and mail it in directly to HSN. Be sure that either way that we have all contact information for both you and the referral.
- You can also just have your referral call us directly at HSN (800) 388-2610 and have them mention that you referred them.
To be eligible for a referral bonus, the referred candidate must have never worked with HSN previously (not in HSN database) and must complete a minimum of a 13 week assignment with a minimum of 36 hours per week. In the event that a referral is submitted by more than one person, the first submitter will receive the bonus. Only one referral will be paid per placement at the end of the assignment.

HSN Employee: $500.00 per placement
non HSN Employee: $250.00 per placement

Travel Reimbursement
HSN provides a customized travel reimbursement program for all our assignments requiring travel. Our travel reimbursements packages are designed to alleviate and/or cover your trip expenses to and from your assignment. HSN will reimburse expenses up to a maximum of $700.00.*

Weekly Direct Deposit
At Health Care Staffing Network, we understand how to treat our nurses, even down to the paycheck. Our recruiters work hard to get each and every traveling nurse the best available salary. At HSN, we reward our nurses by paying top dollar for assignments and by paying weekly. As an HSN Traveling nurse, you can still bank at your hometown bank. We offer FREE, immediate direct deposit. Vacation Pay
Our goal at HealthCare Staffing Network is to create a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with our nurses. These long term employees of HSN are rewarded with a generous vacation pay program. Our vacation package is based on the total number of hours worked per year and the total length of employment with HSN.

Licensure Reimbursement
HealthCare Staffing Network will provide reimbursement for your State Nursing Licensure at the completion of each travel assignment. HSN Recruiters are trained and dedicated to assisting travelers obtain the required State Licensures. HSN will offer their experience and will personally assist you with the licensure process.
